After you scoop in three tablespoons of the white batter and three of the chocolate, do you wait for them to settle and fill out the pan before repeating, or do you just scoop three tablespoons of white batter right on top of the chocolate? Or should I leave the vanilla powder (so that the volume of dry ingredients doesn't change) and add orange extract?
